Dating back to 1981, Human Factors International (HFI) are the world's largest company specializing in rigorous & scientific User Testing & Experience. I am an HFI certified Human Factors or Usability Specialist, with almost 2 years of work with various case studies in the organization.
My key tasks included the following:
- Rigorous Usability Tests, ethnographic research, data acquisition, analysis of qualitative and empirical data, persona development, scenario and questionnaire development, corporate presentations, UI prototypes, graphic design, project management, heuristic and persuasive analysis based on empirical usability research.
